Arnold A. Manskey, Jr., passed away, January 29, 2016 with his loving family by his bedside. He was born November 26, 1924 to Arnold and Irene (Fuller) Manskey, Sr., in Sandusky, Ohio. After graduating from high school, Arnold began serving his country in the US Army, where he finished his career as an Electrical Medical Technician Instructor. It was during this time that he met and married Roseabelle Palmer, the love of his life and were married 69 years and had four children. After his retirement from the service, he worked for Hewlett Packard before retiring a second time. He is survived by his wife Roseabelle; children, Loretta, Arnie III, Betty and George.
