Stanley Earl Stone, 44yrs and 293 days, of Canon City, CO, passed away July 24, 2016 at his home, surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born October 5, 1971 to George and Sandra (Ouimette) Stone in St. Louis, MO. Many will remember Stanley from his time at Kwik Stop as he loved meeting and helping folks. When he wasn’t working, he would spend time working on small engines or fishing, which he loved to do. Stanley knew how to make his family and friends laugh, whether through a joke or prank…that they will dearly miss. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Acacia; children, Steven Stone, Brittney Nash, Chandler Haddox, Brandon Haddox; siblings, Francine (Gary) Krotzer, Millicent Coleman, Sally Stone, Jill Stone, Detra Estelle, Tracy Phillips, Robin Herron, Andey Stone, Lisa (James) Hurst, Kenneth (Pamela) Stone, Dwayne (Teresa) Stone, Grayland Stone; grandmother, Frances Ouimette; uncles, Walter (Maria) Ouimette, Wayne Ouimette; nieces, Kendra (Jess) Murdock, Kasha Steele; nephew, Christopher Stone, numerous other nieces,nephews, grandnieces and nephews; brother-in-law, John Sporing and grandma Jean Young.
