Vada Irene Garvin, 68, lost her battle with cancer on May 1, 2017. She was born April 27, 1949 to Ival "Basil" and Eva (Kilgore) Hill in Pueblo, Colorado. She married her loving husband Richard Garvin in 1975 and they have three children. Vada will be remembered as the greatest of mothers to a family that loves her dearly. She spent her time cooking, baking, crocheting, camping and experiencing the many thrills life had to offer. Being part of so many experiences, Vada was also able to be the heart and support of her family; the very source of so much joy for those who loved her. She is survived by her husband and children, Sean and Jennifer Garvin, Deon Garvin, Mara and Aaren Strobel, siblings, Rex Hill, Jay and Marilyn Hill; grandchildren, Cassie, Lisa, Alexa, Kayla, Trenton, Cashai, Coen, Reece and Adley, and great-grandchild Johnathan. She was preceded by her parents and brother, Delbert Hill. At her request, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held. Arrangements entrusted to Harwood Funeral Home.
