As a family we like to thank you for your outstanding service handling all the funeral arrangements for my mother, Dorothy Baccarella. Your care and compassion was unsurpassed during this difficult time and our family is grateful to your outstanding team for all that was done to make the funeral service so beautiful.

The service provided by Harwood was above and beyond in their helpfulness to me. Sam assisted me with getting a memorial marker on my son's grave. He had died unexpectedly last year and another company had been hired to inscribe his name on the family plot stone. It was still undone after a year. My son was in an unmarked grave. Sam made a marker and placed it in an hour. I live out of town and he provided information and assistance in finding a memorial company that I can work with locally. This was on of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had.

I can not thank you enough for your kindness and compassion on the hardest day of my life. The morning Ken passed it had not crossed my mind until Rebecca from hospice had called you that Ken would possibly be taken out of the house in a body bag. I had such an anxiety attack because I knew I could not handle that, I spent the next few hours in panic. But when you arrived you came with your beautiful quilt, and you took such care to gently wrap him in it. I know it may not seem like much, but that act made it bearable for me to watch Ken leave. It shows just how much you care about people, both living and deceased. I am forever grateful for all of you at Harwood.

We can't thank you enough for your generosity, we appreciate everything you did for our family!

Thank you so very much for your servicers for our Dad. We appreciated it very much. Sam, thank you for lining up military honor guard for our Dad and Mom's memorial service in Wetmore. The military honor guard did a beautiful tribute for Dad and we really appreciate it. It will always be in our hearts. Thank you for everything you both did to help us during a very difficult time.

I want to give y'all a big thank you for everything you did to take care of my dad. And I want to apologize again for the trouble my aunt gave you guys. You handled it with respect and divinity. Your ability to help me in my time of need was over the top. I always felt totally supported in my needs both in service and finances.
