Carmen S. Hale, age 91, passed away in Canon City, Colorado, March 25, 2019. She was born August 18, 1927 in Oil City, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Hale has been a resident of Canon City since 1996. She is survived by son, Scott Hale, daughter Sonya Neal, four grand children, and four great grandchildren. Mrs. Hale was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Raymond Hale, and son, Craig Hale.
