Charles Robert Knight went to heaven to be with his family on October 21, 2017. He was born April 20th 1935, in Chickasaw Oklahoma to John Knight and Jesse Blair Knight. He married Emma June Mills August 19, 1956. He served in the United States Air Force and the National Guard for 21 years. Charles also retired from the Denver Rio Grande Railroad where he worked on the Bridge Crew. He brought laughter and joy to all who knew him. He enjoyed life and will be deeply missed. He is survived by his wife, Emma June Knight, of 61 years, twin brothers Donald Knight and Ronald knight, sons Robert Alva Knight [Michelle], Raymond Dewayne Knight [Delight], James Arthur Knight [Loma], and daughter Charlene Michelle Rodenbeck [Dave], numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at Harwood Funeral Home, Wednesday October 25 2017, at 3:00pm, 516 N. 10th st., Canon City, CO.
