Marion Baggett, 70, received her heavenly reward on April 1, 2017 after a sudden illness. She was born June 23, 1946 to Robert and Katherine (Garner) Neel. After graduating high school, Marion attended beauty school and eventually opened her own beauty shop, which, along with raising six children kept her very busy. Marion had many hobbies and spent many hours doing arts and crafts, but she loved traveling the most and managed to visit 48 states during her lifetime. But most of all, she loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she doted on all the time. She is survived her children, David (Lori) Wales, Debbie (Thomas) Bergeaux, Donovan (Amanda) Baggett, Dana (Anthony) Baggett-Pacheco, Dustin Baggett; sisters, Betty (Jim) Bellows, Bonnie Drake; 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents and son, Darrell Wales. Visitation 6-8 P.M., Tuesday, April 4, 2017 with funeral services at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 5, 2017 both at Harwood Chapel, 516 N. 10th, Canon City, CO 81212.
