Roseabelle “Rose” Manskey, 96, passed away March 31, 2017 with her loving family by her side. She was born January 27, 1921 to George and Cora (Hollingsworth) Palmer in Nebraska. After high school, Rose met Arnold Manskey, a dashing naval shipman and the two were married 69 years and have four children. Rose spent many years travelling around the United States with her husband during his military career. When she wasn’t traveling, she loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Loretta, Arnie III, Betty and George. She was preceded by her parents and husband. At her request, no services will be held and cremation has taken place.
