Alan E Diamond took leave of this planet on April first, to fly fish amongst the stars, He went to join his son Jesse who preceded him in death by just three weeks. Together they are sure to catch some big ones.
Al was a big guy and hence was known as “Big Al”. He never met a stranger and no one was likely to forget meeting him. He left parties with everyone’s life story and never judged. He was always willing to help, but if you riled him, he let you know it right away.
His greatest accomplishment was his steadfast love for his family. He would have been married fifty years if he had made it to June. His legacy will always be his two beautiful sons and their families. His wife misses him terribly. His grandchildren miss him terribly. The world is a far less happy place without him in it. But anyone who knew him is much better for it. He was a good man.
