Ben Allen Henry

Ben Allen Henry passed away on February 5, 2022, in Rockvale Colorado. He was loved so much and will be missed by many family and friends. Ben was born on May 29, 1950, to Joseph A. Henry and Virginia Bunel in Rhode Island. From having a hard work ethic, Ben worked many different jobs including, selling, and delivering firewood during the winter, and painting houses during the summer. Having 7 children, he passed all of these skills over to each and every one of them. The character he had was something he was not afraid to pass on to  dozens of lost young people who otherwise would have been forgotten. Ben is survived by his 7 children, Joe (Crystal) Henry, Jessie (Kevin) Groff, Jeremey (Wendy) Wagner, Ben Henry, James (Becca) Henry, Daniel (Liz) Henry, and Haley Henry. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 13 siblings. Services will be held Sunday, February 20 at 2 P.M., at the Steeple Event Center, 701 Macon Ave., Canon City, Co.  The family invites all friends that are able to attend.
