On Saturday, July 4, 2020, Brandon (Happy) John Gilmore passed away of natural causes at the age of 34. Brandon was born on November 22, 1985 in Pueblo, CO. He was the fifth child of eleven. He graduated from Trinidad Catholic High School and went on to earn a BA in early childhood education from Western State College. Brandon was the heart and spirit for many. He walked through life with enthusiasm and took joy in making others smile. He was charismatic, a natural born leader, and always knew how to make sure everyone felt welcomed. He was the life of the party. His sole purpose was to make sure his children were cared for, happy, and loved. Brandon will be greatly missed by his family and numerous friends. He is survived by his three young children, Cruzze, Enzzo, and Nilah with Britney Montoya, his parents John and Trudie (Canchola) Gilmore, his paternal grandfather Louis Canchola, maternal grandparents Robert and Mary Gilmore, brothers Nathaniel (Angel) Gilmore, Chad (Tash) Hobbs, and Zane (Ivana) Gilmore, sisters Katherine Dobbins, Rebecca (Zach) Beach, Laurel Gilmore, and Morgan Gilmore and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. He is proceeded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lillian Canchola, Brothers Jeremy Canchola, Louis Shawn Canchola, Michael Gilmore, brother-in-law, Robert Dobbins, and his aunt, Sherry Canchola Hobbs
