Charles Traft was a godly, strong, intelligent, caring man. A loving husband, brother, step father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend affectionately known as"Chuck" by those closest to him. His unique humor and extensive knowledge were a gift he shared and will be treasured by the lives he touched. He is survived by his wife Lois, sister Darlene, his niece Deidre her husband Buck and children, his niece Danielle, his step sons Steve, Ted and Joe, his 10 grandchildren and multitudes of great grandchildren. His family and cherished friends will miss him greatly. A celebration of life will be held Monday February 26, 2024 at 10 A.M. at Greydene Baptist Church, 333 Greydene Ave, Canon City, Colorado. Graveside service to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Buena Vista, Colorado.
