Charlotte was a Canon City resident for 80 years. Moving here when she was four years old from Weskan, Kansas. She was born April 10, 1934 to Gillis and Sylvia Phillips. She attended school in Canon City graduating from CCHS in 1952. Charlotte enjoyed being in band for three years and being a Military Sponsor and other activities. In 1955 she married Dock Osborn and from that union five children were born. His job took them to Pueblo and then to Indiana and after eight years, back to Canon City where she resided until her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Christine, two sons Jeffrey and Scott, daughter-in-law Michele, her husband of 63 years, and two brothers Von and Garold Phillips.
Charlotte is survived by her son Daniel Osborn of Indiana and daughter Cheryl of Canon City. Grandson Jason, granddaughter Danille, both of Indiana. Her sister Joy Greenwood, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Charlotte was a Jehovah Witness and attended Kingdom Hall when able.
Her wishes were no services but to be laid to rest with her husband and children at Lakeside Cemetery.
