She then went on to open up her own horse training and riding lessons business. She did that for 3 years and met an abundance of amazing people. Her passion was being with the horsed every day. All day. “Courage is being scared to death and saddling up anyways.” She absolutely loved her John Wayne.
Elizabeth loved to read her bible, praying for others, spending time with family and doing anything with the horses. She was always laughing and wearing a smile on her face. She was a loving and caring person, devoted wife, mother, and friend, always thinking of others first. “To know her was to love her.”
Elizabeth leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Nicole Davis, Jeremiah Davis, and Skyler Davis; two grandchildren, Camryn and Maybelle Davis and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. And of course, Her treasured horses Daisy, Rose, Jack, and Skippy.
