Irene M. Rylander age 79 of Canon City Colorado went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 06 2023.
Irene was born in Jacksonville Florida on March 4th 1944. Irene meet her husband at RCA in Palm Beach Florida. On their wedding day Bob decorated the 24 foot trimaran they had built and they sailed off into the sunset. After 15 years they moved to Colorado Springs for a better Job opportunity.
Irene helped Bob with his consulting Business . She traveled all over the world with Bob helping him give lectures to universities and conferences.
Irene dedicated her life to Christ in 1970. Most of her life was spent teaching children about God. It brought so much joy to Irene to see children led to Christ. After retiring they moved to Canon City Colorado. Once settled into their for ever
home, they worked with the Native American missions for 14 years.
Beloved wife of Robert W. Rylander. Loving mother of Robert Rylander and his wife Christina and the late Heather Rylander. Cherished grandmother of Andrew Rylander and Siera Chavez. Adored great grandmother of Heath Chavez.
Devoted sister to Mary Sherpa, Leo Sherpa, Jimmy Sherpa, Terry Juhas, Davia Sherpa, Michael Sherpa and those who proceeded her in death. Kathy Hippensteel, Nancy French and Debi Sherpa.
