Judy Gilkerson

On October 20, 2021 Judy Gilkerson unexpectedly passed away at St. Thomas More Hospital in Canon City, Colorado at the young age of 62.  Judy was born in Lamar, Colorado on February 10, 1959 to Charles and Adelia Hackett.  Judy was the youngest of 5.  Judy had a passion for taking care of others and always brought a smile that could light up any room.  She had a contagious laugh that brought joy to all that were lucky enough to hear it.  Judy set the standard for what a grandma is and should be.  She loved her grandkids deeply and gave them love and experiences that will never be forgotten.  Judy was surrounded daily by incredible co-workers who also all happened to be best friends.  She is survived by her two sons, Jeremy(wife Kelly) and Cory(Fiance Brooke and daughter Christina) and 2 grandsons, Reece and Brooks. Services will be held on November 13th 2021 at  11am at the Living Stone Calvary Chapel, 830 Bridge St, Canon City Co 81212. A Luncheon will follow.  Flowers can be sent to Living Stone Chapel.  

We love you mom and miss you immensely.  Now light up the sky with that laugh!
