Larry was born in Lander, WY, June 29,1951. Because of his father's career as a truck driver,
he enjoyed his childhood while living in several towns throughout Colorado and Wyoming. After
graduation from Florence high school in 1969 (Florence, CO), he enlisted in the Navy. He did
basic training in San Diego,CA and Radarman training at the US Naval training center in San
Francisco, CA. There he was extensively trained during his indoctrination period. He graduated

to his first deployment to Vietnam, Larry was married to his high school crush, Wave. The
newlyweds journeyed to San Diego to start their family. He was deployed 3 times to Vietnam,
where he was honored with a national defense service medal, Vietnam service medal with 1
bronze star, and Republic of Vietnam campaign medal. Whilst his time surrounding the Navy,
Larry and Wave had 2 children.
After his service in the military, he trained to walk in his father's footsteps as a truck driver. His
handle was "Crazy Indian". Deciding to move to Wyoming, he drove truck for several large
companies, taking him from coast to coast, earning himself 3.5 million safe miles driving a truck
in his lifetime. In 1983, Larry married his late wife Sundy. They made their home in Cheyenne,
WY and had 3 children. He was a successful truck driver, which eventually brought him back to
Colorado. He started a trucking company at that time and pursued many different hobbies with
his children and brother, George. His hobbies included racing, bowling, and golfing. In 2011, he
beat non hodgkin's Lymphoma, then later in 2019 was diagnosed with Metastatic lung cancer
that eventually was the cause of his passing. In his passing, he left memories that can never be
replaced.
