Lawrence Miles Deickman, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026, in Guffey, Colorado, at the age of 71. He was born on January 5, 1955, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Leslie and Rose Deickman.
He was a devoted husband to his wife, Susan Deickman, for 52 years.
In his professional life, Lawrence served as a calibrator in the US Army, a role that took him on travels to Germany and around the world. Lawrence was a man of many interests, with a particular passion for woodworking and computers.
His children, Jeff (Haana) and Greg (Lisa), will fondly remember Lawrence for his wit, wisdom, and the unwavering support he provided. He was preceded in death by his daughter Carrie. He is survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and also his siblings Rosemary, Leslie Jr., Arlean, Mary and Lewis.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00PM, March 24, 2026 at Pikes Peak National Cemetery, Colorado Springs, CO.
