Lotus E. Hoobler, born on December 16, 1936, passed away on March 31, 2023 with her daughter Renee Nelson by her side. Lotus met her husband to be, Rex Hoobler, in 1953. They were married on December 28, 1956 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and spent 65 years together.
In addition to being a homemaker, Lotus Periodically worked as a secretary. Lotus and Rex had 3 children; Dawn Marie Hoobler, Renee Nelson, and Roon Hoobler, (Dawn). Lotus is preceded in death by her husband Rex, her daughter Dawn Marie, her parents Lester and Violet Garretson, and her brothers Eldon, Les, Roger, Evan, and Loren.
