Marcia Lou Lettmann

Marcia Lou (Phelps) Lettmann passed away peacefully on December 5, 2023, at the age of 81 at the Progressive Care Center in Canyon City Colorado.  Born on December 31, 1941, in Illinois, Marcia lived a life filled with love and cherished memories.

Marcia's kind and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who had the privilege to know her. Marcia’s loved ones will find solace in the memories they shared with her and the impact she made on their lives.

During her time with us, Marcia embraced life with grace and compassion, receiving her master’s in nursing.  In addition to teaching, she worked in pediatrics and with Veterans at the VA hospital as an RN for many years.

She was known for her warm smile, her loving heart, and her unwavering love of animals.  In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting and taking in the beauty of the mountains.  Marcia's legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to inspire and guide those who knew her.

Marcia is survived by her husband Robert Raymond Lettmann and loving family, who will forever hold her dear in their hearts. While her physical presence may be missed, her memory will live on through the stories and love shared by those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
