Marie (Alice) Erickson Adams

Marie (Alice) Erickson Adams was born in Funk, Nebraska on July 6, 1936, to Allen and Florence Erickson. Marie joined her parents and a brother on October 4, 2025.

Marie grew up on a farm in Holdrege, Nebraska, she attended college after graduating high school. Eventually, she married Barry Adams, had two sons, Bart (Patricia Patterson) Adams, and Brent (Megan Shellebaugher) Adams. She had two grandsons, Chase, and Tanner Shellebaugher from Moffat.  Marie has taken on numerous jobs such as CEO secretary at Command Sciences, helping on the farm, manager at numerous convenient stores, and show secretary at Colorado state fair where she worked till, she was 80. Just to name a few. She spent a lot of years as a 4-H leader member of cattlewomen, and attended many national rabbit shows throughout the years, winning numerous awards. She also judged many small animal shows. Donations can be made to 4-H FFA or any rabbit clubs to help upcoming kids to succeed. No memorial service is scheduled. Will notify at a later time.
