Jeffrey Wayne Bollig

Jeffrey Wayne Bollig (42) passed away after a brave battle with cancer on July 15, 2016. Jeff was born on September 27, 1973 in Colorado Springs, Co., to Jerry Bollig and Rosemary (Turnbull) Bollig. Jeff was a life long resident of Fremont County. Jeff Loved the outdoors, time with his family and enjoyed the time he spent riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle with his friends exploring the beauty of Colorado. He was also a huge fan of Oklahoma University ... Go "Sooners!". Jeff was loved by many and will be greatly missed. He leaves to cherish his memory to his wife Danielle (Wagner) Bollig; Mother; Rosemary Bollig; Children; Jacob Bollig, Mariah (Brandon) Buck, Zain Bollig, Tabitha Bollig; Brothers; Brian Bollig and Jonathan Bollig and Nephew Garrett Shotts; Two sisters Michelle Curtis and Cindy Cool as well as three brothers, Mitch, Patrick and Michael Shotts; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jeffrey was proceeded in death by father Jerry Bollig; sisters Denise Lynn and Lori Marchello; Grandparents; Douglas Turnbull, Myrtle Turnbull; Al Schwatke and Dawn Schwatke.

A celebration of life will be held Friday July 22, 2016 at 6pm-8pm in Canon City Co at the Friendship House located at 1020 15th st on the front lawn at the Gazebo. A second celebration of life will be held Saturday August 13, 2016 at the Harwood Chapel located at 516 N. 10th St in Canon City Co., at 2pm.  We ask for anyone who wants to bring sentimental items or letters written to Jeff for a memory box.
